WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT

INSPECTION SCHEDULED

To schedule your inspection you may call, email, or request your inspection via this website. Whether you are the buyer, seller, or real estate professional, we will handle all of the details of getting your inspection scheduled as promptly as possible. After booking, you will be sent a Pre-Inspection agreement to review and sign. Be sure to ask about our Military, First Responder and Teacher discount!

DURING THE INSPECTION

The inspection process typically takes 3-4 hours. You are not required to attend the entire inspection in person, but I do encourage you to meet with me on-site for a review of the inspection findings. At this time, you will have the opportunity to walk the property, ask questions and learn about the major components being inspected.

AFTER THE INSPECTION

You will receive a digital copy of the inspection findings within 24 hours, typically the very same day. This report includes pictures and a summary of deficiencies and recommendations discovered during the inspection. Service does not end after the inspection! As you work through the purchase of your new home, you are encouraged to reach out to me with any questions you might have regarding the inspection findings.
